  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh oregano, optional
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

Mix the ingredients in a small bowl, add the seasoning to your taste.
